Instructions
  1. Season venison steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Seal venison steaks with a vacuum sealer.
  3. Place venison steaks in pre-heated in the sous vide cooker for 2 hours.
  4. Remove venison steaks from sous vide cooker and pat dry with a paper towel.
  5. Sear steak in a pan or on the grill.
Recipe Notes

Remember when searing the steak not too cook the steak further, after the Sous Vide the steak is already cooked and you just want to create the perfect outer crust. This step should be done on very high heat.
